First of all I would like to congratulate all the new appointment holders whom Our coords have appointed. Secondly, a big i mean Huge "THANK YOU" to all the previous appointment holders who have just stepped down. All of you have done a wooooonderful job! We really appreciate your contribution to the batch. the batch has really progressed a lot during this period of time. ( Sorry I forgot to get the blue ribbon. lol. hope 3 cheers would be enough!!)Now for those who have just been appointed please get to know your job scope well and work together with your committee to bring the batch further. Also try to get advice from the previous appointment holders or even the seniors for everything. Remember what the seniors told us? we are a family and thus we have to consult others when taking decision. Remember the Superman code:
"WITH GREAT POWER, COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY"
For the leadership Workshop I know some of you find it a bit boring( I am not saying that I don't) but still try to remember the important stuff that would make us a good, better and eventually a great leader! I really hope that this workshop will not go to waste and we will intigrate the informations and apply them. Finally some notes from the workshop that you might not find in the handbook:

Wear the black batch tee and remember to bring your Leadership Challenge workshop booklet plus your Student LPI report. As for those who didn't receive your LPI report, either you're not here today or you've not done the survey. Take your time and do it by today by 10pm.
So How's the workshop today? Heard it was boring? well maybe a little.. But I sure did reinforced my conception on leadership now. Managed to pick up some pointers which I believe will help a lot on the long run. Well that's good :D

Hi Jun Wen here! Ok just some updates. For wed and thur the Leadership Workshop, we have to wear the red SLC Tee. Remember! Red SLC Tee. I will spread the message tomorrow.
And i have made some changes to the communication system, I will email you all the new communication syatem and I will print the finalise copy on Monday for all of your. If you wanna make some changes to the communication system, sms me. I hope the new communication System will improve the efficiency of the passing of message. Hahax, I just feel like I should improve this system before the new secretary steps up. Soon.

Hey guys! I've been thinking about what Shalini told us during the short meeting yesterday.
Firstly, about the Pledge-Takers and Parade-Commanders right, maybe you guys could like make a schedule on when you guys should do your duty. For like the Flag Raisers, Arivindd told us to make a schedule so that we know when to do our flag-raising duty. So yeah, just a suggestion to all Pledge Takers and Parade Commanders! :D
Then for the attendance thing, I heard not everyone receive messages. Probably because there's a problem with the communication system. So, I have a suggestion to certain people who have unlimited smses to spread to everyone JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE. I know it's kind of troublesome but it's a way for everyone to receive the message right?
Oh, and maybe we could set up fines to those who come late! haha. Err, 10cents per minute maybe? Or maybe we give them warning first lah. And for those who never attend meetings at all, must have a valid reason, if not, have to pay more! :D
Okay, so yeah. I suggested some solutions to our so called problems here. And probably you guys could give feedback on what you think! Don't really have to follow straight to my suggestion luh. Can change a bit here and there! I don't mind as long as these problems won't occur anymore. (:
