Heya, Sorry for all the emoish post but i just need to extend another apology, Specifically to Jun Wen, Jia Tong and Aziz.
I feel that the reason Mr Yu Gin is doing all this is all thanks to me.
He just has a problem or something so please try and bear with him.

Also, after the past 4 days, my final decision is that I will stay, however, if Mr Tan says that one of the punishments is to apologise to Chen Yu Gin. I will NOT agree to doing that no matter what the cause.
All throughout this, i still feel I am right. I feel WE are right and because of that, i will keep fighting.

Tomorrow, (29/7/09) there will be a briefing that is compulsary unless you have valid reasons. Please be there by 3.30 at Kopistop.
Objective of the meeting:
1. Get ready and set up the games( Pop It and Hit The Family)
2. Rules and "How to Play" cards finished. (For Display to Public on NDP Celebration)
3. Plan the Point System of how the game is played.
-100 prizes will be provided by the organizations.
-Coupons will be used by the people instead of cash
-Prizes should last for the entire celebration

There will be a meeting tomorrow at 7am outside NPCC room, for me and Ms Ong to brief you guys about the fundraising plan.
This fundraising will last for 2 days, during the lower secondary recess (9.45 - 10.45) and after school (2.45 to 3.45).
However, we will be excused for 15 minutes to set up before the entire event to start. { *grins*}

Leave form will be issued so no worries.

Mr Sheik requested us to wear masks and gloves when handling the food as a sense of responsibility.
He also wants us to inculcate the school moral value especially - "LOVE" into this particular event. (:

Next Ms Ong wants us to think through, throughout the entire fundraising about what have you learnt and so far.

Okay, in my old note, i started off with sorry but apparantly blogger didn't publish it well and well, I had to re-do it. Seriously, it was alot more than this.

Anyway, just felt that the rest of OUR batch has the right to know too.
So, I got fired from Student Council this Morning at 7.20 by Mr Chen Yu Gin (Who has nothing to do with the council whatsoever). Currently, My badge is in possesion of Mr Tan and I'm not sure if its gonna get official or smth.

So simply put, this is what happened:

- Early Morning, 2-1 Boys were sitting together at the back.
- Some sit chair, Some sit table(Aparantly only me and one friend), Some stand.
- Chen Yu Gin walks past
- Says," That Councillor Come Out." (With reference to me)
- I waltz out.
- " You. Down 10."
- At 2, he asks me to stop and says," How many you want to do?" (Which was retarded cos he already asked me to do 10)
- He asks me to stand and give him my badge.
- I oblidged
- He said if i wanted it back.
- I refused. ( I wasn't gonna beg him. Especially when I didn't make a mistake.)
- He gives me a whole load of crap which had NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING. E.G. You wasted school resources, wasted teachers time, wasted parents time (WTF?), Wasted your time.( Yeah right, wasted my time. Especially since I'm talking to you now right?)
- He talks to Ms Rachel Lim and gives her MY badge.
- I go back to my seat and carry on with life.
- Ms Lim asks to talk to me at the end of the morning assembly.
- Basically juz highlighted certain points.

- After school, went to talk to Mr Stanly Tan
- He highlighted certain points again and told me to go home and think about certain stuff.

And basically, thats about it.
This is the 100% truth, anyone doubtful, you can check with someone from 2-1.

So yeah, what I'm gonna do now is just this:
-Probability 1: No badge return. I won't fight for it. Reason being that i think that it is the SCHOOL and Teachers who let me down and not the other way around.

What i wanted to do here is just to tell you guys my own opinion. I feel that sitting on a STUDENTS table does not warrant a confisication of MY BADGE and that if you want to keep it, I'm not going to beg for it nor will i apologise to a mistake i DID NOT COMMIT.
FYI: Mr Chen Yu Gin was seen sitting on the Teachers table just minutes after.

Call it what you want. Quitting? Fired? Coward? I Don't Care.

The quarrels and arguments we had as a batch was just temporary.
I’m sure there’ll be more of that in the future.
But we know that we have to stay united as one and always support one another.
We don't want Agnes' and Hisyam's efforts go to a waste right?

Actually, i was kinda like u guys, Iyadh chatted with me and obviously i didn't agree with his points. HOWEVER look at it this way.

You/I Disagree with Iyadh, thats not very hard to say.
BUT why?

Many of the points may seem wrong but throw in a few examples.
For Example:

From this source (history =) ), obvious thoughts would be, "I gave you so many things"
Now shoot yourself an example, What DID you actually give him?
Forgot? Crap? Nothing?

Hey guys,

I would like to say something and it’s irrelevant to any upcoming meetings or whatsoever. It’s about our batch. I basically think that as time goes, people changes.  The attitude, mindset and expectations of one another has changed. That’s why we start to face problems within our batch itself.

It has been about a year we have come together as a batch. I think we changed our attitudes towards one another, as we got closer to each other in terms of friendship. We were more close to each other after all the activities and events we’ve gone through which is good. However, we will start to think that we can treat them as a robot or something. I mean, we start to jeer at them and rely or ask them to do things for us. Jokes are good for some times, as people need a laugh to survive. (I got a secret; Laughing gives you abs, but imagine how long you have to laugh to get abs.. -.-) Jeer-- name-calling may not appeal as funny as you think to the rest.

Next, misunderstandings and unfocused. I believe that some of us will lose focus during meetings because you are talking to your friends but forgetting that the main speaker is talking. When the speaker is talking, some of us were chit-chatting and the speaker will feel stressed and frustrated like “Why won’t you guys listen?” Some have to even resort to shouting just to get your attention.

I would like to admit this guilt.

Next, spreading down of messages. Some of us are unable to receive messages or receive the wrong message. Sometimes, we’ll get confused after receiving so many similar messages but don’t know which one to follow, right? When we want to clarify doubts with the secretaries or the head, we can’t reach them so we can only depend on our instincts. So I was thinking, maybe next time when we spread the message down,

THE HEAD:

-       Is required to spread to secretaries (both), the ones below them (4).

This is how I spread the message whenever we are having meetings, I send to the secretaries to ensure that they also receive the message as well as the ones below them. If the secretary is more of the worried-type, they’ll send down to their receivers too. Which is good! Double-checking that the people below them receives the message too! (:

Next, about the decision making for a meeting. Yeah, I agree with what Iyadh said today was that whenever we have meeting, only some of us participated more in the meeting whereas some will go to somewhere and do their own stuffs. So, point is; we should have decided the venue, day/date, time and things to do before the meeting already. Some of us, preferably the meeting holders have to decide these factors first before spreading down the message and holding the meeting. However, we failed to do that. Therefore, we will use this idea for any upcoming meetings in future.

So, thanks Iyadh! (:

During meetings, there will be people slacking because they are “jobless”. So, try to involve everyone for the meeting. Set a time plan. Even though I set a time plan for today, but due to floatouts, we have to wait for others hence delay in meeting. But can we all agree that next time, we will abide to the meeting holder’s suggestion? Still, we can suggest a better idea of what you think to the meeting holder as suggestion is often better than nothing.

I apologise for these inconveniences.

Yes, coming to this point. Meetings- we often talk in our own cliques or something, which makes it hard for the speaker to get everyone’s attention. I suggest that in future, can we all be more patient and stay at the venue so we don’t wander off and miss the meeting? Respect should be given to the speaker by giving them your ears and letting them finish their talk first then we’ll give them our point of view etc. Isn’t it better, to let someone finish his or her piece rather than all rambling at him or her and she or he has to “huh?” here and there to get your point. THUS, can we do this next time? *grins, please oh please*

I also admit that I have committed this crime before.

I know whenever you guys give suggestions, sometimes you have to understand, there’s only one person to listen to so many people’s talk, and he/she has to rush through their conversation to listen to yours too. Just like going to Kopitiam to buy your favourite Char Kway Tiao or what you guys like, Hor Fun? Kopi O? Teh C? Sometimes there’s only one uncle or auntie tending the stall, if the stall is super welcoming by their customers, they have only a pair of hands and legs to serve their best to every customer. So the suggestors are just like the customers, the auntie or uncle is just like the meeting holder. If we could be more patient for our turn to give suggestions, how pleasant and easier the meeting holder will feel.

By the way, if you think that the meeting holder does not listen to your suggestions or listen already then “don’t care” attitude, think again. Those finalized ideas could have been made up from your suggestions too. I still remember the times when most of us stayed back to discuss on the games for Secondary 1 Camp 09. Hahas, we formed some groups or something then they’ll have to send the i/cs their games description or something. Yes of course, most of our games are derived from all of us’s suggestion. So what if you are the I/c, I think as the i/c you are just the one being chased and grilled by teachers not your colleagues. They are the representatives of the batch and then all the stress juice came pouring on you… Then I still remember some of us stayed till late evenings when it’s almost dinner time, we are still getting materials and making the sheep and logistics.  Hehe, I hope it isn’t too late to thank all of you again! THANK YOU! Because ALL OF YOU PLAYED A PART, how lucky I think I am to be in this batch.

Remember, when you think that your requests aren’t heard perhaps you are impatient. When your batchmates are suggesting, listening is the key point that provides the unity and respect in us. Never think that suggestions are useless, still suggestions are meant to be improvised or combine to form a better idea.

I admit that sometimes I did not catch what the others are suggesting, I am sorry. But right now, writing these, I think if I write it then I shall start to improve from tomorrow onwards when I see you guys again! (:

Finally, {phew?} if you guys think that whatever I have written if irrelevant to you. I am alright with you ignoring it. Cause it’s me myself whom chose to believe that these things will eventually change some day. Not immediately but gradually.

Sorry if I have wasted your time reading on this 1205 word essay. {I think I can pass my literature already!! (:}
