Hey, Sean here, 1st time posting here so bear with me, I am posting cos i got an idea for the canteen duty thing.
Currently,
-5 Places (From Canteen main entrance, 2 staircases, red service road(bball court) & car porch area)
-10 people per day
-50 people per week
Therefore
Any of us will work 2 times a week. No breaks
After looking through, I realised that instead of standing by the 2 stairs, we can actually go to the second floor and stand in front of the hall, at the 5 steps there. Because When students go from either of the staircases, they will have to pass by that area. So...
My Idea
-4 Venues
-8 people per day
-40 people per week
Therefore,
Any of us will work twice per week but... there will be BREAKS!
Which leaves us with 2 good options:
1. 15 will work 2 times a week but 10 of us will only work once a week. we will then rotate the people who do not need to work. Which means that everyone works at least once a week
To make things clearer
Example
Monday -- 1-8
Tuesday -- 9-16
Wednesday -- 17-24
Thursday -- 1-7 & 25
Friday -- 8- 15
So 16-25 work only once
Note: Each number refers to a person
We can then alternate the people taking breaks per week.
2. 20 will work 2 times a week and 5 of us will not work a week which means that for any of us, we work 2 times a week for 4 weeks then take 1 week as break
Example
Monday -- 6-13
Tuesday -- 14-21
Wednesday -- 22-25 & 6-9
Thursday -- 10-17
Friday -- 18- 25
So 1-5 will not need to work that week
We can then alternate the people taking breaks per week.

- Venue: I guess we can celebrate after school but I am not sure if the cake can sustain for long..Otherwise in public but where,we still need to travel but it could be worthwhile..
- When: End of the month? Because if celebrate first then no more fun later..So it's like before the celebration,people will feel more and more excited towards the celebration.Yeah?Weishi mentioned that on weekend we celebrate cause we still can take our time..
- Others:
- Games and Activities (if held outside school):It could have been more fun! :D

Hey guys,I have this idea going on in my head and I've decided to share,LOL.So it's this:
- We have the birthday babies every month so I was thinking if we could have a birthday party MONTHLY.We can also save money on that.
- We can ownself bake a birthday cake that can be shared among the batch.I think we can celebrate during recess so we can also save on pocketmoney??Haha :D
- The birthday cake- We can buy those ready-made packet,just add in water or egg only.Then,icing can also be added.(The price for the packet,I'm not sure.)
So what do you guys think?
*Probably,we could have an "organisation" for parties,outings,events etc. Haha,just suggesting. :)

Regards to the printing, after sending it for printing, the result was that the shop went to crop out our school logo and our councillor badge. So now we are stuck with a photo with only our face. Therefore, we have to explain to Agnes and Hisyam tomorrow.

When there is a announcement to make, someone will write it on one of the three provided laminated boards on the ahoy set blog. eveyone would have to check the board after school or during recess for updates. once you checked the board, you have to sign your name on a piece of paper[or somethin, it's not decided yet] telling us that you've recieved the message. then the secretary/someone else will send an sms to the person whose name is not there...

First off, the Amanda and i suggests a celebration on every major festivals. er, as in, like easter, hari raya, christmas, new year, halloween....so on. you can add to the list. this is not a confirmed thing yet cause we need budget and ideas on what we are going to do on those festivals. (im dreaming about the halloween party....wanna play dress up?)

then there's the thing about the birthday parties. i think we should celebrate monthly, cause we can't possibly celebrate 27 birthdays without exceeding the budget. i don't think that cakes are a good idea cause of the really high price......we need to find a replacement though.(this is just what i think, Shu Lin and Amanda mgiht have other options. other members can comment on it also.)
